   Never came back with quote, cherry picking jobs. Took a few distressing calls to arrange date as they change initial visit date and didn't feel sorry about that. I didn't have the luxury to change days at short notice and they took last minute change as normal in their industry and to everyone. I never felt like I was a potential paying client. The guy who visited was nice, but that credibility was lost when no quotes were provided, complete timewasting. Cannot comment on their work but trust and reliability are vital parts of building works and I don't see such coming from them. Sad to know the building works industry has not progressed in their professionalism. I would not recommend Zest to my contacts either.

   I have used Zest a few times over the past few months. They currently are my preferred contractor for maintenance at a block of rental flats in central London. So far they have been very pleasant to have on site. They are punctual, reliable and the invoices have been as I expected. They are easy to deal with. Unless anything changes, I shall keep using them.

   Zest have done several Gas Safety check reports for me for many years and have always been excellent and reliable. However, due to a leak we recently had Zest completely re fit a bathroom, which required everything being ripped out and re done. This included tiling, plumbing and decorating. Not only was the standard first class, their desire to protect the carpets and surrounding rooms from dust and dirt, was fantastic, leaving the house virtually spotless every evening. I could not rate them more highly.

   Zest are a refreshing change in the Property Maintenance field, they are reliable, prompt, clear about costs and efficient. Armand is very approachable and knowledgeable. We called Zest when the boiler in our tenanted property started to play up. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and the next day came back, fitted the replacement heat exchanger and serviced the boiler at the same time. A very impressive response and service. Now we always call Zest first.

   I have consistently used Zest for a number of years for all our maintenance jobs big and small. Zest have provided maintance and decorating services for both a rental property and our home. They have done everything from mending a kitchen door which my son manged to pull off its hinge, through to entirely redecorating a 5-storey house. I have kept using Zest because of their efficiency, the quality of the work and the integrity with which they approach everything that they do. The quality of the customer service team in the office is excellent.

I have been delighted with the quality of work and how accommodating they were when there was a late delivery delaying the project. I will certainly be using Zest again in the future.
