Steve is an excellent handyman! Professional both in approach, and completion of a small job! Great communication ,pricing and reliability! So good called him back for another job as soon as pleased with his handwork! Husbands severely sighted and did not think job would be accepted but no job is too small for Steve! Is extremely friendly too!

Excellent service from Steve and could not recommend him more highly. I was able to reach Steve straight away on the phone. Agreeing a quote and date for the work was quick and easy. Steve completed several jobs, including fitting my bath panel that needing cutting to accommodate a ledge. All the jobs were completed just as I’d hoped and the bath panel was fitted to perfection. I've used SM Maintenance a couple of times for assembly, and they are honestly my first port of call for anything around the house. Rates are reasonable, but more important to me is someone who is reliable and can get the job done! It also helps that Steve is a lovely guy. Definitely recommend!
Great handyman service. I found SM Maintenance Services in Check a Trade. I had a lot of random stuff I needed to do in my property. Steven was prompt, good communication and patiently worked through all of my to do list, from putting up a bathroom cabinet, couple of mirrors, few shelves, a very complicated IKEA kitchen set up, he even helped fix the gaps from my double glazing windows to stop the draft from coming in and a lot of other small bits and bobs. Thank you for a great friendly service. Steven is now my go to handyman. I highly recommend him!
