    Very disappointing experience. The receptionist who answers the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. After someone visited my property to provide a quote, I waited two weeks with no follow-up. I sent emails and made multiple phone calls—my number appeared to be blocked. I finally got through using someone else’s phone, only to be told they had no record of my inquiry. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused. The receptionist sounded disoriented, almost as if she’d just woken up. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and disorganized. It seems they prioritize certain customers over others.
