   I have used this repair shop on a number of occasions. They are brilliant, their repair work is perfect and it's done with official parts. This is the most important thing, everyone wants a perfect repair job. The staff are super friendly, more than happy to chat and they are very obliging, on a couple of occasions I was finding it difficult to pick the car up and they brought it to my house on a small low loader. Many thanks to Pat, Bev, Anthony, David, Tara, Bev and indeed everyone at FCW, they all deserve credit

   I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Adrian Davenport, a manager at FCW Ashford, for his outstanding service and support. My vehicle had been with the Peugeot garage for nearly three months, with delays and a frustrating lack of communication from their side. Since Peugeot sometimes uses FCW as a third-party garage for repairs, the situation became even more complicated, and I was finding it incredibly difficult to get any updates or resolutions. Adrian stepped in and took ownership of the issue. He was able to get in touch with the appropriate manager at Peugeot — something I had been struggling to do for weeks — and managed to resolve the problem within just a few days. Throughout the process, Adrian kept me informed, was extremely understanding of my situation, and made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I’m very grateful for his efforts and would highly commend both him and FCW Ashford for their excellent customer service.

   Am so delighted with final result of my vehicle repair by FCW from the time of pick up by the ever so friendly, happy, pick up chap David who was so lovely & outgoing but professional with it. My car was with FCW 4 days & I was contacted continuously as to the repairs progress. The smiley lovely David delivered my car back safely AND in pristine condition, cleaned inside & out. Excellent professional, friendly dealings with all concerned. Would definately recommend FCW & their impeccable staff. Thank you one & all.

   Really pleased with the way my vehicle was repaired From the drop off of the hire car by Octavian who was so lovely and gave me all the details and showed me around the hire car to the speed of the how quickly my car was fixed. I would definitely recommend FCW. All the staff on the phone were great Adrian, bev and another lady who I forgot her name. Very friendly and always kept me informed of the process.    Amazing service. David, Tara and Beverly are not only professional, efficient and provide an excellent service, but they are the most friendly people I have ever met. I highly recommend their service. They collected my car, provided me with a cover car and brought my car back looking brand new and clean. I was really impressed by their service and their wonderful staff. Additionally David is a really love and friendly person, his professionalism and manner really makes the experience with FCW effortless and pleasant.

   I wish, following my recent accident, that my insurer and the courtesy car people were as much a pleasure and easy to deal with as FCW at Ashford. From first contact with reception, to the guy who assessed the damage and the friendly driver who both collected and returned my repaired car to me, every encounter was conducted in a professional manner. I was kept informed throughout by text of progress with the repairs. There was one minor issue which needed to be rectified following the repairs and this was sorted in no time and with no fuss - thanks to Col (I think) who usually works at the Twickenham branch. Excellent service, thanks all.
