   I highly recommend Joseph. The option of home visiting is so convenient and, at his visit, he was able to resolve my sewing machine problem straight away. Joseph identified the problem immediately and repaired it even faster. He offered a 2 weeks guarantee, if the machine needed checking again. However, it has been as good as new. Five start service!

Very knowledgeable about my Phaff sewing machine. Not sure what his catchment area is but he travelled some way to do the repair and service. My machine runs like a dream now!

   Worst experience! Although he was quick to make an appointment, he only took 20 mins to service a serger and a sewing machine. When the serger ceased a week after the service, he did not respond to any communications sent. Took the serger to another repairman who showed me that the machine had not been serviced at all - would appear that all he did was take the fabric fluff out of the machine! Would never recommend this service to anyone.

   Joseph was quick to reply to my request for sewing machine servicing. He let me know his availability via email, and then called to let me know he was going to be coming in an hour, just to confirm. This was fantastic and prompt service. His ability to diagnose both the industrial machine and a US home machine on a totally different voltage was top knotch! He serviced both, fixing them so they are running like new. This was exactly the expertise and professionalism I was looking for! THANKS Joseph! 10 stars (5 for each machine!)
