   The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and quickly sorted out the problem. The reason I give a 2 star is the cost. I believed I was told that the call out and 1st hour would cost £192. Instead when I came to pay I was told by the office that just covered diagnosis. The problem was fixed within the hour, but the cost that head office gave was £640 which I thought was very high.

   Booked them to come out, paid the fee an then the man attempted to do the job cutting the company out. He told me to tell them I wasn’t booking the job an he’d come out in the morning to fit the taps for £200 cash. I wasn’t bothered as long as the job got done, I’d just got out of hospital and had no working bath. So when he didn’t turn up I contacted the company a they attempted to charge me £400+ the cost of the fixtures and labour. Absolute scam from the beginning. Got the issue sorted for £160+ the cost of the taps.

   Prompt, efficient service delivered and with a smile by an experienced heating engineer (Kav). All the work was explained to me in depth (gas leak, boiler maintenance, Hive app and descaler on my boiler). Kav was also up to date with government regulations and is a very pleasant, honest and accommodating person. I have every confidence in recommending him.
