I cannot speak highly enough about this company My boiler wasn’t working thus had no heating or hot water for 2 days I initially contacted British Gas who came & told me I need a new boiler I then contacted The DC group who came today who not only fixed the problem they went above & beyond to do so . Their initial visit was 2pm they left saying they would attempt to acquire the part needed that afternoon if possible return the same day as I said I was working the following day & they did indeed returning after the normal working day at 18.30 & fixed my boiler. They are professional friendly & would most definitely recommend anyone reading this to use this company I just wish I had found them years ago

Took me a week to get an appointment, engineer came completed repair work, waterflo and boiler service but did not give me a Service Maintenance record or job report until requested, not madatory I know but it is best practice to give/send one following appointment. 1 month later, same issues and boiler not working, took me 3 days of phone calls to secure follow up appointment, engineer was able to fit me in the week after but I was told there would need to be further cleaning and costs (I have since been made aware that it is usual to do a FULL cleaning as part of basic boiler servicing). I had to chase for a follow up appointment (again another week to wait - and still no heating). In my opinion costs should be clearly outlined if not before then upon diagnosis and a more transparent process should be offered. Some companies charge separately for anything beyond a basic service as these guys do so before booking them make sure you know exactly what your money is paying for. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but when your family and house is cold you start to lose patience. Engineer and office manager are nice people so I am giving a fair review but my thoughts are that they are overworked and understaffed for probably their busiest time of year. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had a boiler relocation and upgrade job carried out by DC. They were great - they sent out their top engineer to look at the job beforehand so we got all the details right from the start. The job was supposed to take 2 days - there were some complications but the team stayed on late to get it done within the timeframe that they said. All work has been done to a high standard and I'm really happy with the results.

Divyesh came on the same day as I had called. He detected the problem right away. However, he tried to charge a bit too much above market (e.g. for a GBP 37 GBP part we would set you off GBP). This service fees are also more on the top-end, e.g. gas safety and service is more than GBP 220 and that's double the market price.

The DC group have been out to our boiler a couple of times now - arranged by our boiler insurance provider. The engineer has been polite and helpful - doing his best to get the repair complete there and then. When a part has needed to be ordered the office have kept us informed and they completed the repair shortly after getting the part, even coming at 8pm to stick to their commitment to get it done on the specified day.
