Though he wasn't able to install it on the day he came in due to a difference in size he was able to take partial payment as a down payment and the team he sent to replace the old water heater the next day with the correct size did a great job.
My garbage disposal broke and I called BRC plumbing at 730am, and by noon, Beni had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no David and Reza is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.
Called as no power to boiler and fuse had nt tripped, the guys came out and investigated and we found my 8 year old son had turned the power off under the stairs. BRC Maintenance could have charged me for the emergency call out, instead they said they had nt done anything so it was free. They passed on some advise on the boiler we had which was appreciated. Would definitely use again.

My faucet had been broken for months and I finally decided to get it fixed. Adrin came the same day I called to fix my faucet and was here within 30 minutes of me calling. It was a repair that took less than 15 minutes, but he still charged me his minimum service fee which is totally fair considering how fast it took him. Thanks Adrin!
