   It was a pleasure to have onsite contractors and plumbing ltd to do some works for me. I had a blocked sink on the 22/12/2025 due to the connecting pipes to the washing machine for the waste water was blocked. I spoke to the administrator Claudia who was very accommodating and understanding. She quickly got the plumber to come out the next day. I was apprehensive at first as I’ve been stung in the past by dodgy contractors. Claudia reassured me and booked me in with Armand who was knowledgeable and told us straight away what the problem was. He did a temporary fix and said he would be back in a couple of days to fix it. He sent an engineer and he bought new pipes to install under the sink. The work was done to a high standard and everything intact. Their prices is reasonable even their call out charge is very fair. They send you out your invoice and receipts. I hope to use them again. Thank you for your service. Clementina

   Heating and hot water went down on a Thursday night. Armand came round the following morning, diagnosed all the issues and the following day I had a whole system flush and a new boiler installed. Definitely not an easy job when everything is in the loft! Amazingly quick service, really trusted professionals and one very happy customer whose family are now warm again. Thank you to Armand and his engineer for a fabulous job! Would definitely recommend.

   We desperately needed a reliable and professional plumber to attend to a leak in a flat where the flat below was suffering damage in their bathroom. A quick search through Google for top rated plumbers highlighted Onsite Contractors & Plumbing. From the initial call taken by Armand, to dealings with Claudia for bookings and billing, and to Ady for the actual work, it has been a positive experience. The cause of the leakage required investigation behind tiled areas. The cause was clearly indicated and the remedy explained, as well as identification of a broken valve in a separate cistern - also behind tiles. All work was carried out efficiently and effectively. Ady covered his shoes to keep from spreading dirty footprints, and he tidied and cleaned up the work areas without any damage to surrounding tile. Tests showed the leak was fixed, and I’m confident it will stay that way.

   We had a leak from the valve for our washing machine. I called and was told it could be fixed that evening which was great! Armand did a fantastic job and was super quick and efficient at getting it done. He also altered the leg height of the washing machine so that the washing machine and dryer would be more secure. I am really happy with the job carried out and the service and I highly recommend Armand!

   I had several firms to see why my boiler was leaking. All said it was different things. Armand came and within seconds he worked out what it was and fixed it straight away.    I chose Onsite Contractors And Plumbing purely based on 5-star reviews. From getting offers to booking appointments, they were professional and easy. The plumber not only installed a new faucet on my kitchen sink, but also opened all the pipes and cleaned the pipes (it turned out to be a lot of dirt, and it's no wonder my sink squeezed from time to time.) I know I really appreciate that kind of meticulous work. The service is really cheap (very reasonable cost)! I will definitely be returning to them for future plumbing work and will be recommending them to my friends.
