   I contacted the company mid morning and an engineer came a few hours later. He fixed it within 20 minutes and also kindly checked my bedroom TV in case it had been affected. No spare parts were needed so at last I can watch TV in my lounge rather than traipsing upstairs. I was also informed when the engineer was arriving. This is not the first time I have used this company and I would happily mention the company name and get in touch again.
