   I had a really disappointing experience with the receptionist, TRINA, at Lantern Recovery Specialists in South Mimms. Her attitude was unprofessional from the start and she came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Basic customer service skills were clearly lacking no courtesy, no empathy, and no effort to communicate properly. What made it worse was the sense that she simply didn’t care. When you’re dealing with recovery services, people are often anxious, vulnerable, or already under a lot of stress, and being met with that kind of behaviour is unacceptable. If someone doesn’t like dealing with people or serving customers, I genuinely don’t understand why they would choose to work in a front-facing role like this. I strongly feel that management need to review the complaints made about her, because I’m quite certain I’m not the first person to experience this kind of behaviour. A receptionist is often the first point of contact and sets the tone for the whole service unfortunately, in this case, it left a very poor impression

   What started off as a nightmare situation with the car breaking down in the middle of nowhere, lantern offered me top class service. They sent Shane who is hands down a living legend, his quick thinking was able to get me out of that situation and dropped me back home safe and sound. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t have been happier with the service! Thank you Shane.

   I received great service from Lantern Recovery, I was unable to make it on time for my vehicle to be picked up. The driver (Shane), was amazing! During a very stressful time, he was very accommodating & nice. Thank you Shane for your spectacular service!
