   I wanted the front of my house painted, and have a new porch fitted. I wanted one company to be able to do all of the work. The guys at RyGroup were excellent and managed to compete all of the work to an extremely high standard including the electrics for a new light on the front of the house. They were always polite and punctual and the work excellent. I am very pleased with their work, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

   Ryan and his team deserve top marks for their outstanding work on the complete refurbishment of our flat in Richmond. They installed new wiring, plumbing, heating and flooring; fitted a new boiler, bathroom, kitchen, doors and cupboards; in addition they did all the plastering and painting. All the team members were extremely professional, friendly and punctiliously tidy. Ryan’s leadership was highly efficient and enhanced by his proactive ability to suggest practical and creative solutions. Highly recommended – I would certainly call on Ryan and his team again.

   Staff were polite and courteous when taking my call, and after a brief conversation, suggested an engineer to visit to troubleshoot my problem. I received an email and text the day before the appointment, and the engineer arrived bang on time. He (George) was polite, courteous and professional; he explained his work and his conclusions, and the suggested remedial works. I was advised that a quotation would be emailed to me in due course, and it arrived the day after. The cost of the work was in line with other companies. Overall, a good customer experience.
