   The best service ever! We use Just Services for our gas safety certificates and boiler services in the London area. Tonight we had some new tenants freezing cold with a malfunctioning boiler. I sent an email out of hours on a Friday afternoon and Colville called us, then contacted the tenants directly and solved the issue over the phone. Amazing and means I can relax and our tenants are happy and warm.

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and did an amazing job to get my boiler up and running again.    While I’ve had good experiences in the past, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The engineer who attended was shockingly unprofessional—swearing openly, showing a complete lack of respect. Instead of carrying out the work properly, he requested to not install a necessary parts because it would have required extra effort on his part. To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue along with others, the receptionist was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Overall, this company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care in this instance.

   Highly, highly recommended. We had various gas and plumbing work carried out over a few weeks period, including moving a boiler and plumbing a new kitchen install. Colville was brilliant , from initial advice and quoting to the actual work carried out - professional, friendly and really flexible when other factors kept changing the work he could complete. His work was neat and tidy and looked great when finished. Also big thanks to Hayley in the office for being very understanding of last minute changes and helping with rescheduling. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to have some gas or plumbing work carried out.

   Service was fantastic. The main desk were very helpful and efficient, Colville was exceptional. Visited the property very quickly, provided advice and even checked in on Sat to top up the boiler as a gesture. Then completed the job before throwing in some boiler efficiency advice as we head into winter. Thoroughly recommend. Decent value too.

   My ceiling got flooded during the heavy downpours back in May, this was due to poor maintenance of the building façade and blocked gutters, but the freeholder refused to handle it and blamed it on the boiler company even though it wasn't their responsibility! They were very patient through the whole process, provided all the evidence, liaising with everyone. Considering the stubbornness of the freeholder in his refusal to cover the costs of the repairs, JustBoilers ended up fixing my ceiling for free! I am very pleased with the work they did, their contractor was friendly and on time, so were the engineers I met for the various inspections. I highly recommend JustBoilers for their professionalism and flexibility. They had no obligation to take care of this and I really appreciate the gesture.
