I recently had the pleasure of hiring [Plumber's Name] for some plumbing work in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Mark did a fantastic job installing our boiler, as well as coming back a few weeks later to fix a slight issue with the radiator. He has a great ability to explain complex terms, simply. He is a pleasure to deal with.
Our toilet flushing mechanism broke yesterday, I called Mark and, thankfully, he could come out later that day. Appreciated that he kept me up to date as to when he could get here, explained what needed to be done and did it! Found Mark to be personable, friendly & professional so we're already looking at calling him back in to fix the none urgent jobs we'd be putting off!

Friendly, professional service. Gave the cheapest quote for a boiler replacement, including power flush, magnetic filter installation, and Hive installation. Was available for dates very shortly after the quote was given, and all the work was completed on one day. Subsequently lost pressure in one tap, which they came back and fixed free of charge, and have had no other issues.
Mark has always provided an excellent service when dealing with my old boiler and has sorted out plumbing issues too. I am relieved to have found such a professional local gas engineer & plumber. He is very reliable, is quick to respond, has great communication skills, is friendly and he explains the problem clearly. On advice of my tenants, I asked Mark to check my 'noisy' boiler which he did thoroughly with his equally efficient colleague, only to find no problem. Mark was then kind enough not to charge me for this check. Mark also gave me important advice regarding my c. monoxide detector. I cannot recommend Mark more highly. (This is a completely unbiased review, as although we share the same surname, we are not related!)
