   So pleased I found these guys! From start to finish the service has been highly professional and they are just a really friendly, calm team! First of all Simon was really understanding as I'd had a bad experience with an alternative company and I felt like I was in good hands with Macror which was a huge relief. Rory then came to my flat on 2 separate occasions, the first to do a huge 5 hour job on my boiler which had broken - he took such great care with it and just got on with doing it even though the space was really cramped and dark where he was working and cannot have been comfortable!! He also postponed a job following mine in order that mine wasn't rushed. He came back on a second occasion to do a couple of small extra bits in the flat and again was fantastic. Seriously go with these guys, you'll be in v safe hands and won't regret it!!

   Macror Plumbing was excellent. Thank you Rory. We had a new Stuart Turner pump and accumulator to compensate for low water pressure from the mains supply and an unvented hot-water cylinder, as well plenty of other things, including thermostatic controls, replacement shower valves, taps, radiator valves, and a landlord’s safety certificate, to put the plumbing in good working order. Rory was first rate, efficient and thorough, and a genuinely nice person to have around. I thoroughly recommended him.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, it’s good to have a small local business that you can trust.
