“We found Mark via google search. The heating and hot water were turning off intermittently due to low pressure. The first engineer who came to look at the boiler said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to have a new one installed. We had a feeling this was not the case, so we asked Mark for a second opinion. “Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”
