Absolutely top-class service from start to finish. I called Ali on a Sunday morning and he was with us within 2 hours. He was conscientious and very thorough, even going up into the loft to check everything was ok. Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.
Ali was decommissioning the gas supply to a gas hob for me prior to a kitchen refit. When I told him I sold the kitchen units on eBay, rather than cutting the unit to get to the gas pipe, he moved out the oven under the hob so he could reach the gas pipe without cutting the unit. He said it would be nice for my buyer to receive a perfect unit. It showed Ali was very caring and professional. Also very tidy work. Will definitely use this company again.
