I was very happy with Luca's work. He repaired my boiler which is located in a very awkward position, behind my kitchen cabinets and embedded into the wall. The first two boiler engineers I called out to investigate refused to take on the task. Luca on the other hand was willing to do the hard work of disassembling the cabinets to gain access to the boiler. He successfully completed the repair and then put the cabinets back together as good as new.
