   The Plumr team is absolutely fantastic, simply the best in every way! We’ve worked with them over several years during the renovation of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They replaced our entire heating and boiler system, fully renovated a bathroom, a toilet, and our kitchen (including the stairs and dining room). Their work is consistently outstanding: reliable, precise, and of exceptional quality. They are highly competent, honest, and experienced, always offering valuable suggestions and creative solutions. Every project they completed for us exceeded expectations, and even after more than four years, all their work remains in perfect condition.    This job was not an easy task - to replace a 30 year old shower concealed mixer. Modern concealed units were not practical (size, depth and design) but a neat compact external mixer was suggested - it looked good and had great reviews. With pipework adjusted for the new mixer some of our spare tiles were fashioned round the new mixer to create the impression that the mixer had been there when originally tiled. The hardest part was waiting for the grouting to set before anyone could test it (big thumbs up from everyone). Have total confidence in Plumr always delivering great customer service and skill - all past work they have done for us has been to the same high standard - “perfection every time”.

They all worked hard to complete the work in the week long timescale allotted, with a complex older system in an old house that would continue to resist change!    So pleased we used Plumr for our en-suite overhaul. After reacting really quickly to a burst pipe during the summer we chose them to overhaul our bathroom which had a serious leak behind the shower. Plumr did a fantastic job which turned out to be far more detailed and difficult than expected. Their costs were reasonable, they were tidy, hard working and updated us with progress each day. We’ll definitely be using them for our next project.
