We tend to have an annual splurge with Jobsmiths, and they just completed this year's one. They repaired/painted the house exterior woodwork and some fencing, supplied and fitted curtain and rail in a bedroom, liased with my teenage daughter over decor and presented sketches and colours in 4 options for her to choose. Deorated said new bedroom , re-painted interior doors, replaced a rotted garden fence, replaced a couple of electrical sockets. Plus a few other jobs I had on the list.
