John is really friendly and responsive, explains clearly what he thinks can and needs to be done and is very transparent about the amount of work and costs. Did a number of jobs for me, big and small, and each time was a pleasure. He was also very accommodating when I ran into scheduling issues.

I contacted John to evaluate some small jobs. He came by to take a look, and we agreed he'd return the following Saturday. I confirmed with him the day before, and he replied that he would come. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up on Saturday and didn’t send any message to cancel or reschedule. Very disappointing experience, especially after confirming the appointment. Reliability is important, and this let me down.

John did a great job repairing a trellis on my brick wall. He not only attached the piece that had fallen off but went on to ensure that the whole trellis was secure.
