   Thought I was dealing with Palace Plumbers, but turned out to be a company called Property Maintenance 365 Ltd. I required a replacement klic klic sink plug.Responded to my call and plumber arrived next day. However, had to phone following day as sink was leaking. Spoke to Ricky who has promised on 4 occasions to send someone round to attend leak. I'm still waiting for someone to arrive , nearly a month from my first contact. So wasting my time hanging around in doors. This isn't a company I would consider contacting again. Payment was request in advance and by Bank transfer so very little consumer protection. Finally after 7 failed promises ( over period of 5wks )a plumber did turn up and the leak dealt with at long last. Disappointed to find several weeks later leak reappeared and found out plumber had only put sealant around joint which had come loose.

   Six years of intermittent heating problems and conflicting advice - new thermostat, changed wifi provider, boiler services, radiators balanced. This plumbing company was very knowledgeable and for the first time I felt confident the problem (actually several) would be identified and sorted. The plumber and his colleagues worked hard, were pleasant, covid aware and professional and the central heating is finally working properly. I am delighted. Would highly recommend.

   We invited this Plumbing company to try and correct a problem which we had with our gas boiler cutting out and two radiators failing to provide heat. The engineer arrived promptly and was efficient as he went about his work. He was very pleasant and explained what he clearly diagnosed as the problem and after working hard and replacing a part he was meticulous in clearing up before he left. Thank you.

The job was completed to a high standard by a covid safe plumber, who clearly explained the work that was required and made us aware of all potential costs in advance. He was able to complete the work within the 90mins as was estimated, for which we received a prompt and accurate invoice. Would highly recommend.
