   Explained the job to them, and agreed on a time. 10 mins before the latest arrival time (2-hour window) they called to inform they'd be late. When I reiterated what the job was, they decided they could not actually do it as it would require a long ladder. Not exactly high-tech specialist equipment for a plumbing firm, I thought. Unprofessional and generally not bothered about doing the work required. Disappointing.
