   Asked for a diagnostic call out as boiler not working, cost was £115 + VAT. Also asked for boiler service at the same time. Told could only do service after boiler repair was done. Service would be extra £95 + VAT. Plumber came and diagnosed the problem immediately and then did a service. Very responsive call out time of a couple of hours. Plumber was there for
