I used this company to service my boiler. I was very impressed with the service they provided. I made an appointment over the phone and chose a day that was convenient for me. The rep arrived on time, was very efficient and actually fixed a small leak I had caused by a loose nut. After the man left I received an invoice via email with all the details I needed to pay using online banking. Overall, I am really satisfied with the complete services and will definitely use this company in the future. I warmly recommend.

Excellent service We didn't have any hot water, but a gas engineer was able to quickly come out to us. He identified the issue, placed the order for the part, picked up the part, and fixed it all within a couple of hours. He even stayed past 6 o'clock to make sure we had hot water again. very cordial and courteous. Would strongly advise

The boiler repairing job done very well by Daryl no complaints. Came around next day having agreed the quote and price. Took three hours as advised to do the job.
We couldn't figure out why our washing machine wasn't getting any water, but Odi over at NW6 - 247 Boiler Repairs was able to find a small one-way valve, installed by prior owners in the wrong direction. Shane was excellent, nice, and so smart. He found the problem, walked us through and showed us what had happened, fixed the problem, then patched everything up. Excellent service. Thanks, Shane!

Totally disappointed. The engineer visited our flat 2 months ago to check our boiler. He charged us 120 pounds for a 5min visit and promised to send over the report within the day including which parts need to be replaced and a quote for that or a new boiler. We have been chasing for a response ever since. The company has been totally ignoring us. Please avoid using .
