   This is a fantastic company. I had fault on hood of A5 Cabrio that I was unable to get repaired properly in Ireland. So I took my car over on the ferry to the UK and to Cayman in Redhill. I arrived at 08.30. The car was diagnosed by 930 and fixed by 1300. As it was fixed quicker that I had anticipated I got them to clean and treat the roof. That was money reply well spent as the car now looks fantastic. Communications was clear and very helpful throughout. Staff at Cayman Autos are a pleasure to do business with, I would have no hesitation in recommending Cayman to anyone with softtop issues. Very satisfied. Thanks all.

   The service you receive from Cayman Autos is absolutely first class. from booking to handing your vehicle back to you, everyone is professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I had a roof leak in my Mercedes SLK and the team very quickly diagnosed the problem. It was fixed by the following day and my five hour drive home was completely dry even though the rain was horrendous. Thanks to Cayman for being such a fantastic resource for us convertible owners.

   Absolutely first class service from the team at Cayman Autos. From initial enquiry to handover, the whole process was excellent. Communication was brilliant. My Jaguar XK required the roof to be re-bonded and it looked brand new when I collected it. The car was cleaned for me at no charge.    Can't fault Cayman Auto Services at all, from the initial email from myself right up to the day I collected it, the communication and service was absolutely faultless. Millie was incredible, called me and updated me when she said she would, from someone who works in customer service, her customer service is top notch! The gentleman who handed over my car on the day I picked it up, didn't get he's name unfortunately but again, great service from him, very informative and friendly! Thanks again Cayman Auto Services for fixing my pride and joy, I can now enjoy this weather when out on the road!!

   Excellent customer service from start to finish. I had the most annoying rattle coming from hardtop roof. After the initial diagnosis, I was a bit worried about pricing. However, the cost to service and re-adjust my roof and get rid of that rattle was worth every penny. It was actually a very competitive price. The Technician was on hand throughout, put me at ease and answered any questions I had. Good job and see you next year for my annual service.

   Excellent service from start to finish. I was a bit dubious at first due to the potential costs which may have arisen after the initial meet. However after the level of service and quick turn-around time I felt It was justified. I had My Hardtop roof re-adjusted to fit better to My Z3 & the drains cleared on the pillars to ensure water wasn't being clogged up. They also rejuvenated the top of the window sill on the windscreen to ensure the fit was tight and also completely repaired a previous owners bodged repair on the left hand passenger side sill to ensure I was now no longer going to get any leaks into the car as I was getting streams of water in the cockpit previously. Everything is now water tight and we're now pleased with the work carried out. Recommending to others and local to me in case I need any further work to be done. Great Job to the technician who was also very detailed and to Millie for being transparent throughout the process!
