Paul went to check on my elderly Mum's gas fire, despite limited availability. Quickly identified the issue and resolved it, so my Mum now has heating again. Very much appreciated, especially with complicated access to the home. Would definitely recommend.

Paul saved us £2250 !!! Our heating stopped working & our regular plumber diagnosed our pump as having blown up & that we needed a new boiler. We asked Paul to quote for the work. He was able to fix the boiler instead of having to replace it & it only cost an hour of his labour. He fitted us in at very short notice.
