For the last six years Homecure have been our go to for the annual boiler service after a particularly stressful boiler breakdown on Xmas Eve in -8 degrees where they couldn’t have been more helpful. Shelley is great at coming back quickly to get you booked in and Kevin is brilliant at getting the job done. Five stars all round.
Had a pretty simple task, simply replacing a thermostat. But Kevin the plumber from Homecure was friendly and courteous and made sure to check everything was working properly at the end of the job. Would recommend.

Our old boiler at our place in Twickenham was constantly breaking down, which was a real headache. We called Homecure Plumbers and they sent out Richard, who was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through a few different options, but we decided to go for a new boiler in the end. We couldn't be happier with the result! This is the second time I’ve used Homecure Plumbers’ services, and once again, they responded promptly, offered immediate assistance, and quoted a reasonable price. Lee, the engineer on call, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He not only fixed my initial problem but also went above and beyond and communicated accurately what was going on. On the other end of the line, Shelley was also incredibly helpful, efficient, and reassuring. I would definitely use their services again (fingers crossed I don’t need them soon!).
Had a new boiler installed at our property, arrived on time, Very professional and got to work straight away. Delighted with the new boiler, would definitely recommend, polite and respectful of property and also cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away once finished. Shell in the office was very pleasant, helpful and managed to book us in for a gas safety certificate at short notice. I was given a phone call to confirm when the plumber would arrive, which he did on time. Very polite and courteous and completed what was required without any delay. We use Homecure Services to re-arrange our kitchen pipework. They are a brilliant and amazing company. Kevin sorted out all the problems, and we were extremely impressed.
