“Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. “There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.”
