   David is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable repair people I've ever encountered, especially with Smeg appliances - he's fixed my dishwasher and microwave a number of times. He offers a ton of really useful advice, and it's clear he really enjoys the challenge of solving problems. Beyond his expertise, he's just a really nice and approachable person. I felt completely confident in his abilities and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

It turned out they diagnosed the fault with the machine, tested properly and had the parts ready to install, took care with their labour not to cause disruption or damage. Very decent service and great communication. Worth recommending for help.
