Having dealt with them not by choice but due to my estate agent using them, I have to say customer service is appalling. They don’t seem to be able to follow through with any promises or any schedules.
Two guys who fitted our new oven were great, came on time early in the morning and were in and out within an hour. Very friendly, very professional.

Very similar to other reviews, the engineer was here for 5 mins to claim that the drainage pump of my washing machine was broken. He charged £120 for these 5mins. They then said they need to order the part and come back to fix it (another £125). Note that I had already told them the machine was showing "E06 Pump" error on the phone. Given they didn't do any checks, my partner and I didn't trust them and also found the price high. We embarked on a journey to change the pump ourselves using YouTube and Gemini :) We were able to change the pump but the machine was still showing the same error. We then opened the machine again and decided to look inside the hoses. We disconnected the drainage hose from the drum to the pump and found a bra pad stuck there. Once we cleared that off, our machine was working! I'm not necessarily suggesting fixing your machine yourself, it wasn't easy as we had no experience with washing machines or plumbing. It took time. However, the incorrect diagnosis without putting in the time to troubleshoot was unacceptable. I wish I had read the other comments before the first call out which cost £120

Excellent assistance throughout. Amer & Moncef were very helpful in the office in locating the part (which they had to order from Italy) and showing understanding when we postponed the fitting due to the second Covid lockdown. When Bal came on the day, he had a face mask and gloves on at all times and the replacement part was fitted quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company and certainly use again. Thank you.
Exceptional customer service! Diligent workers who quickly and safely attended to the repairs I needed carried out in my property. What can I say, the service provided from start to finish was excellent. Spoke to Abid in the office firstly and he was brilliant, I told him the fault of my cooker and he diagnosed it over the phone and got the part ordered and then the engineer turned up and installed the part and got my cooker working. Very quick and efficient turn around, I would highly recommend..
