   We used Bromley Pumbers to fix our leaking overflow pipe as an emergency and then had them back to replace both water tanks in the loft. On both occasions their work was excellent, they were very efficient and showed an attention to detail. They gave us details in advance of the costs and provided us with before and after photos.    I could not recommend Bromley Plumbers enough, Jack runs the company so efficiently it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with such a professional and efficient company. Bill attended my home to repair my toilet, he had to come back & forth twice to obtain parts as it was such a tricky job but he did it with a smile and it did not feel like any hassle whatsoever. It’s lovely to deal with a company who don’t try to use plumbing lingo as a customer we don’t understand. They explain everything in depth and ensure you understand before they leave the job. If you are looking for a reliable and friendly plumbing company look no further !!

   Very pleased with service provided. I called Bromley Plumbers for a blocked toilet. They came out the same afternoon and found the blockage very quickly.    Craig replaced two taps for us, swapped isolator valves, and fitted a new mains stopcock on an older plumbing system. He worked efficiently, explained what needed doing, and completed everything to a high standard. The work wasn’t straightforward, but he handled it professionally and everything has been running perfectly since. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the quoted price included VAT upfront, just for clarity. Overall, really happy with the work and would use Craig again.

   We have been using Bromley Plumbers for over 10 years and can highly recommend their services. During this time, Jack has overseen two full bathroom redesign and installation projects. Both of which were excellent. We also use Bromley Plumbers for all of our general plumbing needs. Most recently George, an excellent plumber, managed to fix a troublesome dripping shower without a need for significant work in addition to fixing boiler, toilet and shower issues all in a morning.

   Great work! George came very promptly & diagnosed a gas leak for us. As the leak was within the house somewhere but not easy to find we then agreed a new date & time for the come & do the works. This involved running new copper piping through the garage and back into the house. When George and Jack came, they worked in vertical rain for the first hour which I certainly would not have expected them to. They worked very cleanly and charged what we believe to be a very fair price for the job. Both guys are extremely pleasant & both answer any messages very quickly which is a rarity! The job was done to a high spec & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great work guys!

   I recently contacted Bromley Plumbers with a issue of my kitchen sink pipework. With not being very experienced with plumbing I thought the issue needed a big fix. However after sending pictures to Jack at Bromley Plumbers, Jack explained that this just needed a simple fix. Jack went out of his way to explain what I needed to do fix the issue. Thank you very much to Bromley Plumbers. I will have no hesitation in highly recommending Bromley Plumbers. They do what is in the best interest of their customers.
