   Rico was amazingly prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my water tank, arrived just 1hr after calling to assess the problem and then returned at the agreed time to remedy the issues. We found Rico to be polite, efficient extremely knowledgeable and very clear when explaining what needed to be done. He also left everything very neat and tidy. We will definitely use Rico and team again and would highly recommend.

   Rico was great in installing our new shower head and mixer tap for our loft bathroom. When we found out we had the incorrect part, it was not issue for him to go and change it without cost and come back the next working day and install it. Rico was very pleasant while on site and gave unbiased advice to any questions we had. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs you have.

We had bought the wrong sized radiator. Rico bought the correct radiator in the morning and brought it to us that same day. He did the work efficiently and the radiator looks great.
