John has serviced our boiler for the past four years and has always done a splendid job for us and explained any problems we have encountered. He is a wonderfully friendly and helpful technician. We experienced a crisis with our Vaillant over the weekend and contacted John for help. He spent much of his free time on a Sunday talking things through and telling us what action to take whilst all the time staying on the line. With his help we solved the problem and our boiler is now working once again. We know of no other technician who would go out his way to such an extent over a weekend to help his customers. Excellent service. My boiler was banging and the water temperature kept changing. Another plumber said I needed a new one, but John fixed the real issue and now it works perfectly. He saved me a lot of money.
Excellent service from John, once again! All plumbers will tell you to replace your boiler but John will work his magic and fix it in no time! He's professional, polite and mostly he knows the subject extremely well. Price £700 few years back, £130 this time.
John is an extremely conscientious and diligent worker. Not only did he come and service my boiler for me but he pointed out a number of ways to save energy and even fixed a couple of faults on radiators without being asked. I have used John at Full Flame for over 10 years to service and repair my boilers and heating system. He is prompt, courteous and professional. His rates are very reasonable and he is very clear in what he will charge. This is very refreshing given there are so many cowboys within the industry. He recently sorted out a problem which had been completely misdiagnosed, charging a fraction of the price that the other company wanted. Highly recommended.
