   Contacted these guys to repair my cluster. So I dropped my car off for them to remove the dash & carry out the repair. They couldn’t get the dash apart without damage, so unfortunately could not carry out the repair. Which is fair enough. However the reason for this 3 star review is the following: I went to pick my car up from their car park and was greeted with a dead pigeon on the roof and loads of bird poo. Was told they didn’t notice this and they weren’t responsible for the cleanliness of the exterior. I have no doubt this company is good at repairs but to leave a customers car with a dead pigeon on and covered in poo, come on guys you must do better. Didn’t even offer to pay for the valet I got done straight away, just an apology.

   Dropped off my cluster on Tuesday and was a fast turn around 1 day, I collected this morning put it back in my car and all is good again, speedo is back to zero, I would highly recommend cluster repairs uk, good price, good turn around time and very helpful on the phone and in person.    Went today they fixed my LCD fiesta screen. Friendly staff quick turnaround. Definitely go again and recommend to others. Was quoted 1k by ford for a new screen without fitting. They were 200.00! Thanks

   Literally the best out there, had dead pixels in my BMW X3 computer screen. Was quoted £1600 to get this fixed, was told to remove the unit and sent it in the post which I had no idea what to do. Luckily as I was trading in the car and needed to replace the screen first I found these guys who bent over backwards to fit my car in, saving the car trade in deal I had arranged. They replaced the screen for around a 10th of the cost quoted. The new screen looks amazing and comes with a 2 year guarantee. Really pleased at how helpful they were, fast working and £180 compared to £1600 was a huge saving!! Brilliant service for any of your car screens etc these are the best out there, efficient, well priced, fair and lovely guys thanks again… photo of what the screen looked like it’s now good as new

   first time using Cluster Repairs UK and I can say it was an efficient and quick easy process. We received calls start to finished which was all within the week of sending the part in and receiving it back. Ford Kuga instrument cluster all fully repaired and back in the vehicle and saved us over £600. Found them better than other repairers, will use again.

   I found the process very easy. Did not see my cluster listed on website so gave them a call. Spoke to Zak at the Essex branch. Followed his instructions on getting the dash removed, filling in the form and sending the part in. 3 days later I received a call to let me know my cluster was all repaired and ready for return delivery. Total bill was £166.80 for a full repair to my Alfa Romeo Mito instrument cluster. Would recommend to family and friends.

   They rebuilt my Vauxhall Astra 2002 dash. Amazing customer service Great price half of what I’d been quoted by another company ! Efficient and reliable. Other providers couldn’t give a timescale for completion. They could and was exactly when they said within a week. Posted back 1st class. Packaged properly.. Will defiantly recommend this company. So happy thank you so much. Cluster is in and works like brand new.

   Zak was really supportive when I was having an issue with my Fiat 500 Speed cluster LCD. He resolved the issue using his expertise and was keeping me regularly updated on the repair turnaround. He had his technicians find all the issues and did a full rebuild. He was happy to answer my many questions as well as support me with a home visit after he finished work. I'm a care worker who does home visits and for him to get me in on short notice was highly appreciated. Saved me a fortune too, roughly £860.
