Fantastic Service – Honest, Efficient, and Reliable We found Ray Gass through a Google search and chose to contact him after reading his great reviews — and we’re so glad we did! We had no heating or hot water, and Stan came out very quickly to assess the problem. The previous company quoted us between £500 and £2700 to fix the boiler, but Ray only charged us for the call-out and managed to fix the issue on the needing to replace any parts. It was such a relief! He wasn’t just quick to respond — he clearly explained what he was doing, why he was checking certain parts, and even pointed out a couple of small issues that my partner could fix himself to help extend the life of the boiler. And not least I really loved how he was respecting my home. That's I have never seen from anyone before. We’re very happy to have found such a trustworthy and professional gentleman. always happy with Stan, he has completed several different works in my properties, mostly regarding boilers and their servicing but also able to cover some plumbing and heating. I can highly recommend the company, they are honest, reliable and do a good job. Stan has been looking after my old boiler for a few years and helped prolong its life as fas as possible. Last week he installed a new boiler and completed all as planned and quoted. He also did a couple of odd jobs, such as replacing a leaking hose on the washing machine and cementing a few holes in the brick work that he noticed as he was doing the job.
Stan (and team) did an amazing job replacing our old boiler. Really took care and pride in their work, left the place immaculate . Stan took time to explain how the new boiler worked. Stan came over to give me a quote. I didn’t know whether I was moving my boiler or simply replacing it. He arrived on time and was very respectful of me and my flat. He was professional. He provided me with the quotes I requested even with very little information from my disorganised self.
