Outstanding service from Gary and his team. Boiler gave up totally and we needed a replacement in a hurry. Gary was highly recommended by a good friend of mine so I gave him a call. Just a few days later new boiler fitted and we now have heating and hot water again. No fuss, no messing around, just fast professional service and at a sensible price. Gary has done a great job replacing my old boiler and central heating with a new combo system that works great. He finished the job much faster than expected and now we finally have great water pressure and a modern system. He is such a lovely person too. Thank you Gary

If I could have given 10 STARS I would have, I was in a panic, contacted Gary he was between jobs but managed to fit my small problem in, just a pleasure to find someone who gets on with the job in a friendly manner, no moaning about parking etc., and no taking up the job. With out any doubt I would recommend Gary, I certainly will be using him again.
Gary did an amazing job installing our boiler. Quick, efficient and great result. He also helped us with a gas leak that had gone unnoticed. Cannot recommend enough. So glad we found a tradesman we can trust and we are happy to work with again.
After calling around Gary had the best rates per hour for an engineer coming to look at my broken boiler. When I got home from work I updated him as the situation had gotten worse, Gary offered to come round the very same evening and take a look at no extra charge. Unfortunately the diagnosis for the boiler was terminal. Gary recommended a couple of options and the next day his team came round and installed within 4 hours. All this was much appreciated as I have a young family and we could not afford to be in a freezing cold house for long. A very painless experience and would definitely recommend.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old dad (he’ll hate that bit) as technology is not his thing. Firstly can I personally thank Gary for being an honest, trustworthy and kind gentleman. Whilst I was away on holiday dad called another firm who were prepared to charge him thousands of pounds for a new boiler. A personal recommendation led us to Gary who came on a Sunday (!) and fixed the problem with one part !! My dad has asked me to comment that Gary is a rarity these days, an honest tradesman who knows his craft - would recommend him 100%. Thank you from us both
