Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

Oz and his team are reliable and you know you can trust their work is to a high standard. I’ve made the mistake of asking others to come and do simple work (taps/sinks etc) and regretted it. Will only be using Oz from now who installed a full change in heating system, underfloor heating and all plumbing for our extension. Pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommended, I first had dealings with Protherm around March this year, I was badly let down by another well known local company, So I called Protherm and just from talking on the phone, I knew I would be looked after, I found Oz to be friendly down to earth and more importantly, helpful and honest, he didn't try a big sell or charge rediculous amounts just to knock on my door, he simply offered good advise and discussed the best and most cost effective repair options with me. Although busy the work was done as a priority for me to get the boiler back to the way it should be and the quality of the work was faultless. Very pleased to find a local business I can trust, with very reasonable charges, so much so I've just had Oz back to carry out an annual boiler service and safety check before winter, and as expected perfect work again!
