   We would highly recommend Jimmy… don’t look anywhere else if you are in South East London or surrounding areas! We woke up to a broken boiler this morning, and found ASAP on a google search… we called at 7:10 today and Jimmy was at our place at 7:30! And by 8am our boiler had been repaired by changing the circuit board.. I never expected it to be sorted so quickly; and I even managed to have a hot shower before heading out! Absolutely incredible, a very professional service: thank you!

   Jimmy saved the day for us. He was friendly and helpful, we had no clue what was going on and why our floorboards were leaking water. Jimmy fixed both this issue, a temperature issue with our other shower and answered some questions we had with our dishwasher. He also explained all of the potential causes and what to look out for in a way that was easy to understand (as 2 people with absolutely no understanding of plumbing). Would definitely recommend!

   A very positive experience with Jimmy from ASAP this morning. Quick and efficient over the phone, then arrived within the hour (first thing on a Monday morning). Swiftly diagnosed the issue with the boiler, and worked on it in a self-contained and self-sufficient way. Explained the issue to us and fixed it. Flat hourly rate, which he was transparent with upfront, easy payment, and gave us some clear next steps in case any further problems arise. I would very gladly recommend him and would gladly call again if needed.

   It is hard to find good tradesmen and it appears we were lucky to have ASAP Heating & Plumbing. They did a great job of power flushing the heating system and most importantly they educated us on the boiler system we had installed just over a year ago. I found Jimmy & Harry were very punctual and everything was done very professionally. Their quoted price for the job was pretty much what every other business quoted me but I am very happy with the professionalism and sincerity they showed when they were here. I highly recommend ASAP Heating & Plumbing.

   Jimmy and his team recently helped us with our downstairs renovation. He fitted a toilet, basin and washing machine, removed and re-installed two radiators so we could plaster and set up and installed our kitchen plumbing. He has been very patient as the work ended up being spread-out as our renovation took a while so had to make a few trips! Jimmy is always responsive, on time and works efficiently and is friendly. I would highly recommend him.

   Jimmy is amazing! My washing machine had a leaking inlet pipe but it was out of reach behind the water cylinder and washer/drier stack. A friend recommended Jimmy and he was able to attend same day. He managed to contort himself behind all the appliances and fix the leak! Brilliant, above and beyond service and very fair pricing. I cannot recommend ASAP Heating and Plumbing enough! 10/10
