    I had my MacBook repaired in THIS store (next to Morrisons) last year (the screen was showing lines and I needed the battery replaced), and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced — all for approximately £360 the initial quote was around £400. On the day of collection, they called to say it was ready. I paid, picked it up, and while walking home I opened the lid only to find the laptop wasn’t even screwed back together properly. I was furious. The brunette customer service lady hadn’t noticed this at all before handing it back to me. I immediately returned to the store and showed her. She quickly called someone—presumably the engineer/store owner—and told him she had noticed the issue, which she absolutely had not. I was the one who spotted it. He said he was on his way and it would take approx an hour and that I should leave the laptop. Three hours later, I went back to collect it and everything appeared fine. But when I turned it on, the screen was extremely blurry. My 2017 MacBook Air has never been blurry, so I strongly suspect they replaced it with a cheap, low-quality screen. The worst part: about a week later, the screen began coming apart every time I opened the laptop. I was so upset that I ended up buying a new MacBook altogether. I felt completely conned. I paid £360 for...nothing. If you can't do a job to a decent standard, DO NOT accept it. Customers aren’t stupid—I’ve used Macs for years, and I have never seen a screen fall apart like that. I originally hesitated to take my laptop here but didn’t want to travel all the way to the Apple Store in Stratford or Central London. They also claim to be Apple-authorised, but when I checked Apple’s website, this business was not listed. I didn’t leave this review sooner because I ended up buying a new MacBook laptop and got busy, but I always said I’d come back to write it because the job they did was shockingly terrible. I’m sharing this so they improve their service instead of taking cheap shortcuts at the customer’s expense. In hindsight, I should have gone back to the store and requested for my money back or gone to the small claims court - it's about the principle. It’s a real shame because I genuinely wanted to support a local business knowing the impact COVID had on local businesses. Cautionary tale: if you have a MacBook that needs repairing, PLEASE take it to Apple.

    I attended the store today to fix my iPhone camera lense which had broken and Farouk was extremely helpful! Also he said it would take about half an hour to fix but he did it within 15minutes! Excellent service and I would highly recommend this store. Thank you!

    Absolutely appalling. I visited this shop for a screen replacement. In return I got a fake screen with black marks around the edges, a phone that freezes every hour without fail, my face ID broken TWICE, my lighting sensor broken, all within the space of 10 visits to the store. They rectified their mistakes but what an absolute joke of a service. Sophie (Manager) was about the only reasonable person to speak to. In the end I still paid half price for the incredibly poor service I received. AVOID!

    Rating this a 1 star as there’s no option for a lower rating. A few weeks ago I brought in my IPhone to replace the glass on the back of my phone. When returned to me, I was given a faulty phone with issues to turning on the device and mainly the camera. When arguing my position over the poor service on my phone I was greeted with quite frankly rude and ignorant customer service, with them saying these errors to my phone are somehow my doing even though it functioned fine before,as I only brought it in for screen damage. With their complete lack of responsibility and horrendous customer service I’d recommended customers stay far away.

    This scam of a business broke my phone after I asked them to repair a simple broken screen. They over charged me, and when asked about why the price was so high they refused to give me my phone back until I payed the full £280 (When I first asked about how much it would cost they said £200). Not only did they over charge me when payed I went to use the phone however the screen did not work. It made a constant buzzing sound but the screen would not turn on. Finally when I confronted them about this they claimed to have never served me and denied all knowledge of my purchase there. I would highly recommend to shop elsewhere.
