   I had my clutch and flywheel replaced by Gary, and unfortunately, my car was never the same afterward—in fact, it seemed to worsen. After several attempts to contact him, he eventually responded and agreed to inspect the car again. He suggested the gearbox was to blame but said he would take another look after returning from holiday. I followed up as requested but received no further response. I then went to the garage in person and discovered the business had closed down. Because the car was no longer driveable, I had to take it to another garage immediately. There, I was informed that the parts previously fitted were second-hand and poorly installed, despite being told by Gary that they were brand-new genuine Vauxhall parts. I originally paid £1,800 for the work, but due to additional issues—including damage to the gearbox—I had to pay £2,751 more to have a new clutch and flywheel fitted and the gearbox rebuilt. Definitely avoid this man!

   My car was hard to put in gear. Other garages had told me to change the clutch but as it wasn't slipping I wasn't convinced. Gary identified a faulty clutch master cylinder and fitted a new master and slave for me. The gears feel like new. Honest and nice guy.

   STAY AWAY!! £300 for a 20 min job, £250 of it for labour only to leave with the same issue. Then has the audacity to ask for a further £300 to fix the original fault This man is a thief. You will be better finding another so called specialist. Would give zero stars if given the choice, so 1 star begrudgingly.

   Needed a new gear box and Gary got recommended to me. Gary ended up fitting me a new gear box and clutch for a very reasonable price. Felt very comfortable talking to Gary, very nice man and very transparent with his work. Highly recommend this man for a good quality fix on clutches and gear boxes at probably the best price you’ll find.
