It was the end of the day Friday at 5 pm but the lads at the shop were extremely helpful. Perfect job, the car feels and drives nicer. I think they did some extra goodie stuff I didn't even ask for.
Car booked in for new exhaust, was seen on time and staff extremely courteous, told it would take about 4 hours. True to their word I received a phone call to say it was ready and very happy to pay the quoted price. No 'extras' like some places add on. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again.

Quick, same day service. However I felt uncomfortable being told that the tyres I had seen on the Tyre Pros website were 'not stocked' by the manager and so this lead to me being sold much more expensive tyres than I had originally gone in for which felt disingenuous. I had come to Tyre Pros on a friend's recommendation but was left disappointed with their attitude towards my purchase and called 'darlin' by the mechanics, which I found disrespectful and condescending. Which is a shame, because as I say they provided a quick and it seemed knowledgeable service but how genuine it was re. the product availability and pricing I am uncertain.
Tyre pressure warning light came on for second time in a week and as I was driving by and concerned I called in. Very prompt response and quickly sorted with new Tyre. Couldn’t ask for better service at reasonable price. Thank you!
Had a flat tyre - you didn’t have one in stock but ordered one for the next day. Kept my car overnight and fixed it in the morning. Great job. The guy on reception is always exceptional
Went in with an Xtrail that needed the tracking sorted after a wishbone replacement.The steering rod bolts took a lot of effort to loosen up but the guys at STS got me back on the road in time for Christmas. Very happy.
very helpful, acquired unusual battery and fitted within 24 hours. Good price too. Received a similar excellent service the previous week when I visited with an elderly neighbour who needed 2 new rear tyres for his Volvo. Helpful service and good price too.
Absolutely brilliant service. I took my car with various problems with front and rear brakes and shock absorbers. The work had to be done same day and I had given very little notice of this. The step by step explanation of work not carried out properly from previous supposed repair work, and the problems were all rectified in a professional manner by them. The guys are polite and go the extra mile. I wish I had used this garage years ago and saved myself so much stress and money as well.!!many thanks to Ben and the guys
