    AVOID like the plague! This company is a disgrace. Unprofessional, zero customer service, total cowboys! They will badger you for money upfront, we are 5 weeks now after we paid and still no refund for a job they didn’t even start. Charging in full for estimated works before they get out of bed is their way, clearly because no one would be silly enough to pay after! They cause more problems than they fix. Good luck trying to talk to someone, email only meaning zero accountability or resolution. Couldn’t fix our boiler (insufficient tools) but charged us for 6 hours anyway and a bunch of materials (no invoice sent to account for this), they caused a leak while doing the job and after we cancelled the quote for them to come back and make good, they take a percentage of the quote for themselves. How nice. Charged us for 2 additional hours as well (after working on it for 6 already) worked only 15 minutes and refused to refund it, complete cowboys and shameful approach to dealing with customers. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

    I have paid over Β£1500 to fix a boiler. They spent 7 hours trying to replace the other 2 parts and failed, leaving me with a leaking boiler (which didn't leak before!). The engineer left work unfinished and I’ve been trying to get a refund for overpayment for 6 weeks already. Customer service and Finance teams are outsourced and don’t respond to emails, no phone numbers to call. They also charge 20% or more of total job price if you cancel a booking. The guarantee for their work for 1 year is fake too because when I got them back to check why the boiler is leaking they just quoted me for more work to be done rather than fix the problem they caused in the first instance. This company is the worse kind of tradespeople, unprofessional, don’t care about their customers or their work, no recourse to solve issues, overcharging for everything but failing to refund money for weeks.

    Left the bathroom in a state and also binned their dirty equipment in our bin not covered. Came to unblock a toilet and posted all dirty water into our bath and sink. Have 2 small children so needed to disinfect both areas. Reported it to their head office whose response was β€œthe area can get dirty where our engineer works. Considering they had no need to go near the bath and the sink, this is not true. Tool which was dumped in our recycling bin (not general waste even) was covered in dirty mess from the blocked toilet and not even bagged in a waste disposal bag.

    Totally useless - avoid like the plague. Sent engineer to inspect gas boiler for certification on property I was trying to buy. Broke boiler then denied responsibility. The vendor was so annoyed it scuppered the sale. The electrical surveyor didn’t even show up. I’ve paid Β£400 for a broken boiler that was working perfectly, an electrical inspection that didn’t happen, and my purchase had fallen through. I requested a refund, still nothing. Incompetent scammers.

    I've used Repifix loads of times now , they are my go to company. I find their service is second to none, and to be fair to them, they ain’t the cheapest (not most expensive ) but definitely worth it as each n every person they’ve sent have been extremely knowledgeable, qualified and professional. Years ago I used a cheaper option and ended up pay twice as much. You get what you paid for ! I needed a plumber for an emergency. They attended within approx 2 hours and fixed my shower in a timely fashion. My tenant had no complaints. This is why I always return to them because they are professional, transparent and trust worthy. Thanks to all at Repifix. Fantastic work as always.

    I booked Repifix because they had good reviews despite being expensive. I didn’t want to risk paying twice for an electrician . I booked on Tuesday and they arrived later that afternoon as scheduled. He completed the work within the allotted time and provided maintenance tips for the future. The engineer was very informative, friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

    Second time booking. Phone booking was straightforward and clear. Operative explained prices, cancellation terms etc. James our engineer was great, sent us an update via text as they said they would about arrival time. Unblocked our sink as we asked and also gave free advice on another plumbing issue we had. He was considerate and cleaned up after himself. I received a paid invoice at the end of the service. All clear, no complaints. Thank you

    Thank you for coming out and repairing the heating for my mother. I am sometimes worried about random people being there when I am not. The chap you sent over made her feel safe and comfortable. I think the rates were a little bit more than some others I have seen but the workmanship was excellent.

    What can I say. They saved the day. I had a serious electrical outage. Had three companies come out to me before this and they couldn't fix it and was without electrics for two days. Price was a little higher than I expected but I guess you get what you paid for. If I had just used them from the beginning I would have saved a few Β£. The material collection fee was a little annoying but they did inform me of this so can't be upset too much on that. The engineer even sorted out my broken doorbell for free on his way out after he stopped the clock on site. Will be definitely using these guys again. Ali was fantastic and Anton was very understanding and took his time to understand my issues when I called instead of just trying to rush me and book the job in. Fantastic service and now the wife is happy which makes me happy :)
