My toilet needed replacing and he came to remove the old one and fix the new one the day after, he charged me an extremely good price compared to 14 other companies i rang on the same day. He is a man of his word and did the job and did it well. Thank you.
I had a very bad leak with water pouring through the ceiling in the early hours of Sunday morning and no electric. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbers. The first two I contacted didn’t answer but it was third time lucky as Arjan answered. He arrived so quickly and turned the water off immediately. He was courteous, kind, understanding and incredibly respectful. After only a few hours of sleep he came back on the Sunday morning (even though he had plans with his family), identified the problem and rectified it accordingly. He was patient and professional and I was very comfortable having him in my home. I am incredibly grateful to Arjan for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone. He made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s a shame there aren’t more tradesmen like Arjan around! Thank you so very much!
This guy came round to price up a boiler replacement, he asked if I had received other quotes, when I said yes, he left. What does that tell you about the guy? Bit dodgy no?
We had a leaking tap problem so I called Master Plumbers number (after having read some reviews). I spoke to a very helpful man who said he would be round to have a look. ARJAN arrived quicker than anticipated and proceeded to sort the problem without any fuss or talk of needing this and that as extras. He was very friendly, polite, professional and gave good sound advice for the future. The bill was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company and if we have any further work or problems to be sorted I will call him . Top Marks.
Cannot recommend this company enough. Arjan came at short notice after another company let us down and fixed a tap quickly and professionally. He was also kind enough to put a bulb in a spot light after he saw me struggling with it. Not only did he act with great professionalism but he was priced reasonably. Wish there were more honest and kind people like Arjan. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to all my friends.
I had a mixer shower unit that broke and a leaking tap that needed pretty quick attention. Phoned Arjan and he was round to us very quickly. Sorted the leak and then fitted the new mixer unit after.
