Had an emergency with our water tank which was leaking through the ceiling. Called Intersmooth Developments and they came and fixed the problem promptly. Highly recommend, they are reliable, knowledgable and are very helpful, happy to answer any questions and talk you through the work. Will definitely use them again, what they say is what they will do.
I called Frat to help investigate the source of unexplained damp in my with a suspected water leak. Firstly Frat came to review the situation and helped me to determine whether the leak was inside or outside the house to ensure the correct remediation. Subsequently the team came a couple of days later and found and fixed the issue within a morning! There was a risk the kitchen floor was going to be ripped up - his team managed to find and repair the leak with minimal damage. They are clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. I would use again for any subsequent plumbing issues we have. Thank you!
As first time buyers, finding out that you have low pressure and basically no hot water is a really scary experience. After doing some research I luckily found these guys. Firstly they really know what they are talking about, you can see the experience before they even start the job. Frat came to check the problem at 8 pm on a weekday because he could tell that we were really struggling and we really appreciated that. A few days later, they had finished the job. When other companies told us that we would have to wait for months (the job was really complicated and there were many things to do). The sense of relief is unmatched. A special thank you to Gary as well, he ensured that we were aware of everything and explained step by step what he was working on. It’s 11pm at night… 2 hours ago I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling. I called Frat because the reviews are very good. Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. If he is that knowledgeable over the phone, I can’t imagine how good his work will be. I can’t wait to book him for our next job. Not only is he very good at what he does, he’s a very good bloke. Having moved into a new build property 10 years ago, we have had continuous problems with our boiler. We had to constantly top our pressure up and we never could fully heat our house up as you would have expected to for a new build. We have had a leak that no one has been able to find or fix and we had a constant running toilet. We contacted Intersmooth and straight away they resolved our problem and serviced the Boiler. We fully renovated our two-bed flat in a converted Victorian house and relied on Ferhat to retrofit a water-based underfloor heating (UFH) and to replace the old boiler and pipes. Ferhat guided us in the process of choosing the system, in planning the layout and he ensured that the subfloor was done in a property way to avoid issue in the long term. He really worked with excellence and sticked to the agreed timeline. It was the first time for us to install the UFH and we felt reassured about Ferhat. 2 months that we are in the new property and the UFH works just perfectly. Money well invested. Thank you so much to the whole team, we recently had intersmooth out to install a new central heating system and pipe work change from our ancient gravity fed system The whole job was seamless, the lads arrived every day on time and were well mannered and respectful. They did a proper clean down each night which was amazing !!! as I hate coming home and cleaning up after workmen after a long day. The system was installed and honestly you wouldn’t know it had been done. They made good Any areas they needed to uncovered without having to be asked, or asked for more money it was all worked in. I’m so impressed we have asked them to come back and refit our master bathroom.
