I go to Eastgate on a regular basis and there has never been a problem that Shahid has not been able to sort for me. I am generally the instigator of the problems but Shahid listens and is understanding and finds solutions that work, so if you have any issues ask for Shahid.
Why don’t you update google with opening hours for pharmacy. Went down @ 6 to get urgent prescription to be told pharmacy shut @ 5pm. When asked member of staff he was quite rude & said times are on the door!
Went to the Eastgate store in Bristol, to exchange a perfume with a faulty spritz pump that I got in an online order. Sam, who helped me was incredibly helpful and after speaking to his manager managed to authorize an exchange so I can get my goods. Very happy with the high level of costumer care!
Very bad customer relationship of the staff member Sam who did bill me for the products at 12:42 on 1/08/2025. The customer standing in the queue has told me they feel sorry for me. MR Sam was very rude and i have requested him 2 bad for 5 pack of Aptamil weight 800g he have given one bag and asked me to take. I Asked him how can i take all fine Aptamil in one paper bag. And he gives me another. I have requested him to give me the receipt and he was making me repeat many time and last said I can't understand what you saying. I would really appreciate for giving a customer relationship training for this staff members. Thank you
1 week on and I'm still waiting for them to dispense a prescription. Oh and they don't answer the phone either. Shockingly bad service.
Ordered emergency medication Saturday night, ended up going down to boots Monday evening having checked the website the store shuts at 19:00 so assumed the pharmacy shuts at 19:00 too. No. We got there at 17:05 only for them to tell me that the pharmacy shuts at 17:00. Would be nice if they clearly put that on the website so others don’t waste their time going down there only for them to be closed.
Local boots, always a friendly service and staff are generally polite. My only small gripe is they could be more pro-active in having till staff readily available.
Usually good service here, I went today for a last minute baby milk shopping and found they were closed 7 minutes before closing time. Go well before closing time as clearly staff here don’t want to risk customers in store at closing time.
Always love coming into this boots store. The staff are always friendly and ask how you are and hope we have a good day. They always greet my children warmly and interact with them. They have good offers on and they have a good range of products. There is a pharmacy inside, and a photo area.
