When I sent my Beetle to Alan for restoration it was a rusting hulk. Alan transformed it into the beautiful car that I am I extremely proud to own and drive. His attention to detail and quality of work is exemplary. I would recommend Alan to anyone looking to restore an old classic car.
Had several jobs completed by Alan at Dale restoration, one was a tricky, difficult job involving several pieces of metal coming together in a roof section. Alan went above and beyond to remove all traces of rust and treat areas. He took apart a sourced roof section and pieced it back in - you wouldn’t know anyone had been there. Painted roof and repaired hinges in the process and finished off painting some on the inside as he wanted the job go look good inside too. I was very pleased with the result and was able to refit some of the interior, knowing it’s sound underneath. Top chap and very helpful throughout the process.
Alan at Dale restoration, carried out extensive work on my Porsche 924 to include welding, prep and repainted my car. I am very pleased with the results.
