   HDM services tried to take me to court for what they claimed was a missed appointment. The case fell through in court as they lied. They were extremely aggressive and basically attempted to intimidate me into paying them. They knew exactly how to play the small claims court, even though they produced no evidence to back up their claims. I simply produced the emails that contradicted their claims but this really felt like a premeditated shake down. I wonder how many others they have done this to.

   Just been charged £138 for a bathroom light pull cord to be changed (via a Letting agent). Assuming that the pull cord would cost no more than £5, that makes about £133 for labour (about half an hour). Seems reasonable.....
