I am very disappointed that you charged me £325 to fix a leak but was not able to fix it because it is still leaking. This means you didn't diagnose the problem professionally. I reported the leak to you where you visited again and said to buy a new boiler and you were going to deduct the payment I initially made towards the repair. You charged £2100 for new Ideal boiler replacement. A friend just referred me to an engineer he uses who confirmed he will charge £1700 for an Ideal boiler including installation. This means you're clearly overcharging and not sincere. As an elderly person over 65 you are clearly not showing a good example because you're very cunning. I am so disappointed because I gave you so much respect by believing you could fix the leak!! I will leave you this review to avoid hardworking citizens like myself and family falling into your incompetence and overcharging services. May God and the universe reward you. The sweat I felt while making the money I paid you without solving my issue will not go in vain.
