   Our nervous dog spend 10 days with them and it is the first time ever that she stays in a Kennel and she seems the same dog when I picked her up. She didn’t loose weight or hair from the stress. They looked after her so well. They asked me lots of questions on her behaviour/likes/dislikes when she checked in and looks like she had a good time there. Will be using again from now on.

   Excellent service was worried at leaving the boys for the first time at kennels, but the owners was very reassuring. Knew what would make them calm. We got them picked up from a dog taxi transportation service also which they was more then happy to do. And the boys seem so content. Like they been on a school trip for 7 whole days.

   My dogs had a great stay here whilst I was away, they came back happy and clean and all in all happy hounds despite giving me the cold shoulder for not taking them on holiday with me. They seemed to have a mini holiday of their own!

   Anyone who recognises Max (border collie) knows that he is an obedient and quiet boy, nervous if someone tries to touch him, but never aggressive (surrounded twice a day by hundreds of children literally). Then, I had the feedback of the kennel describing him as an aggressive, not collaborative, bad behaved and unhappy dog. I don't know what or who started this bad relationship and why it was let to escalate. They just decided to lock him up instead of dealing with it. I know that he didn't play during all the week as I found him cleaner than I expected considering this wet and muddy weather. To be fair with the kennel staff he came back in good physical condition but with a polite comment that he might not be welcome again (easy just to blame the dog). And as Max didn't give me his version of what happened I just can say that he did not like the place and the staff.

   I took my nervous dog to the kennels as my family and I were going on holiday. First time we've ever used kennels and when I picked her up she looked great. I was worried that she would be too nervous but the owners were massively helpful and worked with her to become less stressed. If my family and I go on holiday we will definitely be using this kennels! They are brilliant!
